Deposits are non-refundable. Should the individual or group cancel a tour or event within 30 days prior to the tour or event date, Uncork Niagara Wine Tours shall be entitled to compensation equal to 50% of the estimated revenue for the tour or event.
Cancellation of this entire booking received by Uncork Niagara within 7 days prior to the Group’s arrival date will result in a penalty to the group equal to 100% of the estimated revenue for the tour booking
Cancellations must be received in writing (by email) and include client signature(s).
